10 out of 10 service from Jacob. Got me taken care off right away even though they were packed. He was extremely helpful! Great experience!

I had a great experience at Discount Tire. My tire was overdue to be replaced and I really appreciated how they were able to fit me in last minute before the holiday. Miguel and another gentleman at the front desk both went above and beyond to make everything happen quickly and smoothly. They made sure I left with a safe tire on my car, and I truly appreciated their professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service. Thank you both for taking such great care of me!

The guy straight up lied to me told me my Tires were already showing wires, checked it myself. It was not true. Not even Worn all the way down to the safety line. I know enough about tires can't fool me like that he just wanted to sell me some Tires instead of rotating my tires like I asked him to so I left. whenever I need some tires I will go elsewhere I don't like being lied to

Store on loop 250 is great people n Manager 5 star. Don't go to the one on Andrew Hwy Manager bad they lost my keys and he didn't care. I had to go home and get my other set.

Tire service guy, Alejandro, did an awesome service for me the other day. I came in on unappointed, and I needed help getting new tires. I had no idea if they took Affirm, and luckily he showed me that i had to do the service online to get the Affirm way for payment. He walked me thrkugh the process, made sure I got the same tires as we spoke of, and he even gave me lugs for discount for i needed them incase of a tire change unexpectedly. He didn't need me to be stuck anywhere without that! He did awesome work helping me, and i really appreciate him, for i came early the next day to check in, and get them fixed! I offered to leave it and walk to work, but he said they'd take care of me quickly, so i did not have to walk! Thank you so much, i highly reccomend this location!
